Job Responsibilities:

• The identification and/or generation of all documentation related to the integration of new products into the production environment.

• Perform analysis of part design characteristics, specifications and tolerances of parts, manufacturing process design, set up and tooling.

• Identification of subsequent changes to manufacturing and assembly drawings as necessary.

•Optimization of processes to meet objectives of lowering cost and/or improving productivity.

• Providing assistance in the assembly and maintenance of engineering and other technical files.

• Actively promote process improvement to ensure compliance to industry standards and regulations.

• Attend meetings and contribute to project/production design review.

• Other duties that may be deemed necessary by Management.

Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years work experience

• Knowledge of machined component drawings an advantage ADDITIONAL SKILLS Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology.

Education:

• Diploma/Post Diploma in Tool Design CIPET /CTTC/ NTTF.etc.
• ITI with -5-8-year experience
